Christi began her healthcare career with Children’s Home Healthcare in 2014. Her initial position was serving as a staff nurse providing direct patient care. In that role Christi developed a passion for increasing her influence in the provision of care and assumed the role of clinical supervisor overseeing other nurses providing care. In that role Christi honed her leadership and interpersonal communication skills working with clinicians, referral sources and fiscal intermediaries. Her success in the role enabled her to advance into her current role of Supervising Nurse for the Eastern Region.
