Children’s Home Healthcare’s (DJK Home Healthcare LLC) vision is to be the provider of choice for children and their families who have unique clinical conditions requiring nursing care in their homes. Children’s Home Healthcare will integrate the innovation of technology and the art and science of nursing practice to be an organization renowned for work-life harmony, quality of care, ethical business practices, and operational excellence.
Children’s Home Healthcare was established in January of 2005 in Amarillo, Texas and Van Alstyne, TX responding to the need to provide care to medically fragile children throughout the Texas Panhandle and Northern Texas. Jean Adams, Kara Gaut, and Dian Adams, the founders, saw a need for an agency that prioritized the needs of patients and families while maintaining a quality standard of pediatric nursing care. Since its beginning, Children’s Home Healthcare has grown to 6 locations throughout Texas and New Mexico. Our Texas locations include Amarillo (serving the panhandle of Texas), Lubbock (serving West Texas), Richardson (serving Dallas/Fort Worth area), Van Alstyne (serving the North Texas area), and San Antonio (also serving the Hill Country and Austin areas). In 2018 CHH opened its sixth office in Albuquerque, New Mexico.
We have been operating for over 17 years now, and we plan on continuing to expand our operations and provide outstanding nursing care for pediatric patients with medical needs.
