B.J. began his professional journey as an educator in the public school system. His passion for working with children and strong business acumen led him to the pediatric homecare industry in 2014. After a brief tenure with another organization, he joined Children’s Home Healthcare where he quickly rose through the ranks to become an Administrator and later, the Regional Chief Operating Officer. B.J. brings a diverse skill set to the table, with expertise in operational efficiency, analytical analysis, supply chain procurement, and leadership. Throughout the COVID-19 pandemic, B.J. worked closely with the organization to ensure that staff were equipped with the necessary personal protective equipment to ensure the safety of both patients and nurses.
