Melissa boasts over three decades of experience in the healthcare sector, with a diverse background spanning acute care, outpatient, and homecare. Throughout her career, she has developed a comprehensive understanding of clinical operations, from admissions to medical record management and process and quality improvement. In 2005, Melissa was appointed as the Administrator of Children’s Home Healthcare and has since provided visionary leadership, guiding the organization’s growth to six locations serving Texas and New Mexico. Committed to being at the forefront of pediatric homecare, Melissa actively represents Children’s Home Healthcare in various committees and subcommittees of the Texas Association of Home Care and Hospice (TAHCH).
