“Children’s Home Health has been my daughter’s nurse agency for over 2 years. We have had 3 amazing nurses, one decided to stay at home with her own baby after maternity leave and the other moved back to her hometown but replacing our nurse twice was never an issue and the agency worked hard to get us coverage as fast as possible while of course making sure the nurse was to fit well with us as a family and most importantly had the skills to care for our trach/vent/oxygen/gtube dependent daughter. Anytime we need a reauthorization for insurance, the agency takes care of everything and I review and sign the documents at the end. We are truly grateful for the nursing agency staff especially our nurses and hope they are able to serve many more families in the Lubbock area.”
