Lindsay B. RN, BSN
Director of Nursing

Lindsay graduated from West Texas A&M University with a Bachelors Science Degree in Nursing in 2004. Lindsay has been in pediatric home health since 2005 and with Children’s Home Healthcare since 2008. Lindsay has worked her way up from field nurse to her current position of Supervising Nurse. Lindsay is passionate in her quest to help special needs children and their families.

Melissa B.
Administrator

Melissa began her career in healthcare in 1987 in hospitals working in multiple areas of the facilities. Her career began in home healthcare in 2003 and was appointed as Administrator of Children’s Home Healthcare in 2006. Melissa’s mission in our highly regulated environment is to maintain a compliant agency through research, education, and compliance training.

Melissa is a wife, mother, and grandmother.  She has a heart for pediatric home health and special needs care as a result of many years of treatment that was needed for her brother after a tragic accident when he was 2 years old. Watching her parents, physicians and therapist helping him come back from a skull fracture and TBI was motivating. Seeing the struggles that were faced by trying to make their way through the winding road of the healthcare system and seeing the challenges that they faced head on, gives her the passion to help our clients and families.

Kendra
HR Director

Kendra graduated from Midwestern State University with her Bachelors in Business Administration in 2003. She began her healthcare career right here with Children’s Home Healthcare in 2011. Kendra has a passion for helping others and has grown to lover her role as the Human Resources Manager. She plans on furthering her education in HR.
